Mark and his team did a great job replacing the ageing Welsh slate tiles on our mono-pitched roof. His team stripped back the old tiles, replaced the boards & battens that were probably 90 years old, installed new tiles, cut & dressed new lead flashings, replaced gutters, fascia boards and resecured the existing ridge tiles to the roof apex. All work was done quickly & neatly. They cleaned up & removed the waste on completing the project, and left some spare new tiles in case we needed them in the future. Great communication & price. Mark and Darren completed a number of jobs at my property and were professional and efficient. Work included installing new felt, battens and tiles to a back extension roof. They also installed new uPVC fascia soffits, and guttering and painted the exterior of the property. I am very pleased with the results.

An issue with a gutter that had split and lost parts was fixed on first viewing, incredibly helpful and quick. We have used MK Roofing before and were more than pleased that we were able to return to them for help when it was needed.
