  Brilliant from start to finish!

  Mitchell was so helpful right from the start. We had a discussion over the phone about what was needed (Aircon in our bedroom) and he gave a quote there and then. He had top reviews (deserved) and the quote was very reasonable. So we went ahead. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. There were a couple of issues (to do with our house, not him) but these were sorted with no big fuss. They cleared up well after doing the work and we are thrilled with our Aircon in this hot weather. Have recommended Mitchell to others in our lane so wouldn’t be surprised if he’s back!

  Helped to achieve our requirements on heating and air conditioning by lots of research. Arrived on time did all they said they would explained how the units worked cleared all packaging. Nothing was to much trouble will certainly use them again if we require one more unit going forward. Mitchell completed the job on time and very professionally thankyou

  Mitchell's prompt response to a request for a quote and his professional manner meant that we were happy to proceed. He did a pre-installation site visit and was able to offer a couple of solutions to finding the best place for the external unit. The equipment was delivered the day before installation and fitting took a little over half a day. Mitchell and his colleague were friendly and professional. Everything was neatly installed and the site cleaned when they left. We would recommend ML Air Conditioning without reservation.
