• Megaflo overpressure issues

  Woke up to no power due to the automatic air vent on my megaflo system splitting under pressure and leaking onto a zone valve hence tripping. Used check a trade as I’m unfamiliar with any plumbers, first plumber gave me a lecture so I tried the second which was Mark. I explained my problem and Mark was extremely helpful over the phone, due to other commitments Mark had taken time out of his evening to come and have a look at my issue. Courteous and friendly plumber with plenty of knowledge who will be returning to resolve my megaflo overpressure issue and future boiler services.

  Mark was amazing. Prompt as I was in panic mode and out within hours of my requesting help . He was very competent, skilled, efficient and courteous and got my hot water working again and mended the surprise leak he found in the cupboard where the tank was housed at the same time.   Mark turned up exactly when he said he would and completed the job within an hour. He was also kind enough to put return a suitcase to the loft for me whilst he was up there. He is very personable and volunteered information about other local tradesman as I am new to the area.

  This was one of the finest experiences of a tradesperson call-out I’ve ever experienced. Mark was extremely helpful in fitting a visit in around his existing plans. He was very friendly and polite on arrival and insisted on being careful with bringing in dirt from his shoes, despite our hardwood floor. He provided us with clarity and peace of mind regarding a gas safety issue surrounding a wood burning stove installation. He rounded off the visit with a test of our gas system for further peace of mind and gave options should further issue arise. Would highly recommend to anyone in his area.
