We have been very pleased with the work Michael and his team carried out on our property. We had a downstairs reconfiguration and garage conversion. Michael was great at communicating and getting back to us. Michael and Connor were courteous, reliable and carried out the work to a high standard. Connor also went out of his way to help make living through the rennovations much easier which we were very grateful for. We are very happy with the finished results and we would highly recommend this company.

M L Carpentry fitted us in with short notice to hang a door and fit a new door frame. The work was carried out with care and to a high standard.

From day 1 we knew Michael and his team were the right guys for our extension. He was polite, personable, knowledgable and responsive. During the 4 months we had Michael and his team on site, we had such a smooth experience and any small tweaks or issues were dealt with promptly. We’ve since recommended to at least 2 friends who are doing similar work. We had demolition work, a large single story kitchen rear extension built, reconfiguration of internal rooms, major landscaping (raised patio area) and all work was done to a very high standard.

M L Carpentry have recently finished the full refurb of my kitchen, which involved stripping everything out back to the brick/concrete, replastering, reflooring, updating plumbing/electrics/lighting, and fitting a new kitchen. They understood the brief immediately and gave a quote with a clear breakdown quickly. Him and his team were friendly, communicative, and everything was done in good time and to high quality. They were clearly experienced and professional, so I didn't need to do much other than let them crack on. I would highly recommend them, and would happily recontract them in future.

Had cladding added to the front of my house by M L Carpentry & Sons Limited, carried out by Michael and Conor, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the results. They arrived punctually every day, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy as they went along. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding — you can really see the care and attention to detail they put into the job. They were also friendly, easy to deal with, and happy to answer any questions I had. The transformation to the house is incredible, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do. ML Carpentry came to my rescue after issues with my original builder. He came in with his team and quoted quickly and started the work within weeks. He and his team were friendly and supportive as well as being efficient and knowledgeable. Michael was always quick to respond to messages, stuck to the budget and fixed any issues that came up. He managed to turn my failed renovation into a completed and cosy home in a few short months and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would definitely recommend him.
