Brilliant builders you will not be disappointed
I can only describe my dealings with MLC Building Maintenance as extremely positive. Right from the start James arrived on the day and time stated which in my mind was a positive start. I am delighted with the standard of work (downstairs toilet) carried out. All of guys that I met were pleasant, polite and friendly (also they were very good at what they do) James is approachable and happy to give advice. I can not recommend this company enough. Fitting kitchen lights and replastering the ceiling

Driveway

Reliable and great communication

Fitting a new utility room, outside door and other electrical works
James was extremely proactive in quoting for the works, offering to fit a home visit in around my schedule. Works commenced exactly when he said and were completed in good time. While some unavoidable issue arose after completion, James was very reliable in terms of returning to adjust/fix any sags.
