New Seat Cushion Fillings in both Sofas
Excellent service! A family business that was quick to respond. A free quote and advice was given, informing us that the sofa springs did not need replacing, just the seat cushion fillings. All work carried out on days to fit in around our commitments. All staff extremely pleasant and respectful. Sofas now seem just like brand new again - a job well done! Thank you to all at ML Solutions. I have already recommended this company to a friend!

Report for faulty furniture
I first contacted Lisa at ML Solutions to ask for an independent report on a bed frame which I believed had a manufacturers fault. Lisa was great in understanding the issue and was able to offer me a home visit exceptionally quickly. Mark conducted the inspection and produced the report - he was pleasant, understanding and efficient. The bed company was a little awkward and there was a bit of back and forth but both Lisa and Mark were extremely accommodating and helpful in getting the matter sorted on my behalf. I am grateful for their help and would not hesitate to recommend.
