  Small company that is sought after for the quality of the work and Michael’s attention to detail. His advice about roofing solutions is excellent. He cares about his customers and is their go to contractor. As he is very popular and busy scheduling work can be problematic but if urgent work is required Michael and his team will respond quickly.

  Reliable roofing contractor

  Michael carried out the work, safely, on time and in budget. Kept me informed on a daily basis of progress, and issues. He had agreed a fixed price, and even though issues were discovered, he stood by the price. The end quality of his work was immaculate, and my final inspection yielded no follow up. I would highly recommend MLT ROOFING,, no matter how small or complicated, he will deliver reliably with great communication

  Mick and team did an excellent job replacing my roof and installing guttering. They were very clean, reliable, communicated well throughout and were very competitively priced, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

  Fantastic service as usual. I’ve used Michael for several jobs now across approx 5 years. He responds to the call quickly to come out and view the problem. He is honest with a great knowledge of his field and has provided clear and accurate advice. All of the jobs Michael has done me across the years have been completed to a high standard. I have recommended Michael to friends and family who have equally a good experiences.

  Flat Roof Replacement

  Our old flat roof started leaking. Michael was straight round to try and stop the leaks until he was able to replace the whole roof. The weather was appalling and he kept in touch to try and save us any internal damage. As soon as there was a dry weather window he started the work and worked really hard to get it done quickly for us. He and his team are tidy workers and are very professional. Attention to detail and a top notch finish. Michael is so reliable and a really lovely person, he cares about his customers and his reputation is everything to him. We can highly recommend.

  New flat roof needed

  Michael and his team diagnosed the problem and advised me that I would need a new flat roof as soon as possible. Work was carried out to a high standard and will be recommending MLT to everyone that needs a roofer
