Reuben was polite and timely, and they worked quickly to move all the boxes and belongings. They did break an expensive picture (unfortunately sometimes this happens with removals which is understandable). However, after promising to put it through their insurance (both the bespoke frame and the picture were damaged), it has now been over month with no proper update and very little communication. I fear they have decided not to put it through their insurance, and simply hope I will forget.

Ruben was wonderful and very efficient. Was easy to deal with especially when I was a bit late to meet him to the place. Very friendly and very courteous – the boxes were heavy yet he was very helpful. I've heard experiences where some providers are a bit rude, but Ruben did a solid. Overall, I would recommend this company again. They're lowkey and deserve more customers.
