The quality of work is dreadful the timescales for completion were constantly moved and I was constantly lied to as to reasons for why. Even gave me an address for his business and when I visited that address to get my keys back to the property it turns out that isn't where he lives and that it is is his parents home. Currently seeking money's back from Dean furlong to rectify the work. I sacked him before any further problems occurred with my house. He was very good at asking for money but rubbish at delivering the goods. Do not trust this man. Avoid like the plague

Dean asked for money to order doors and skirting. Money deposited to enable order to be placed. He even said when they were to be delivered. No delivery rec’d . On numerous occasions he promised to turn up to complete work and never did. My upstairs rooms have no doors and and can’t be re fitted as he adjusted the door casings. I have no skirting boards downstairs. I have tried to contact him - voice mail , no response to texts or e mail. Work not completed that he has been paid for. This is obtaining money under false pretences.
