An emergency plumber came to fix a leak that had come through the kitchen ceiling. After 2 days of the leak still being there we called Michael and he came out and sorted it for us. He was polite, efficient, found the problem and made sure that it was all sorted and tidy before he left. Would definitely use him again.

Had put a free standing tap into the ground as another plumber could not. Pros - fixed it into the wall. Left the place clean. Cons - did not tell about pricing upfront before coming. £100 first hour, 60 for every hour after as an FYI. Also The hot side on tap gives cold water and the cold side is hot. And the tap shakes when you use it. So I essentially need to get someone else out to refix it. Unfortunately a bit of a disappointment

Really great service. Arrived on time, works carried out with no fuss and professionally. Due to the cold weather, additional work was required to defrost pipes etc. This was carried out on the day. Really got my 84 year old dad out of a spot after British Gas/Homecare let him down badly. Would definitely recommend.
