  Pitched roof

MNM have built a great new pitched and slated roof on my kitchen extension, to replace the old one. Mike kept me fully informed of the process and the team were friendly and reliable and completed the work in good time. I would thoroughly recommend MNM.

  Refurbishments

New flat room and also a new skylight, removing a falling down ceiling and replacing it.

Mike at MNM is very professional. His communication is prompt and thorough. His estimate clearly lists all details of the work to be carried out. His pricing is very reasonable. His availability was helpful, fitting in with our commitments. The tradesman who attended with different specialist skills were pleasant and respectful on site, clearing as they went. Disruption was minimal, care was taken. Above all, the two separate jobs completed at two properties , were each done to an impressively high standard. I will certainly be using MNMs services in the future, and can highly recommend.

  Top notch building work

Great work carried out by Mike and Connor to install a wall cavity tray, carry out localised repointing where necessary and add a coat of storm dry. Mike also replaced a leaky shed roof with EPDM. Mike is a pleasure to deal with, he communicates in a very timely way and is clear about what work needs to be carried out without overselling. The work itself is carried out in a very professional and prompt manner and any mess tidied at the end of the day before they leave. I would highly recommend you select MNM to carry out any residential building services.
