Total house refurb
Jack successfully refurb a tired property. Walls moved. Rewire. Replumb. Stairs moved. Floor redone. Windows replaced. Bathrooms replaced. Roof replaced. Drains redone. Coordinated all trades. Good attention to detail. All paperwork done. Worked with architect and interior designer. Highly recommend.

Property alteration/renovation
M.O.A.T Construction Ltd completed a extension and complete renovation to our property, re wire and plumbing of our property. From the inital site visit to moving in we where extremely impressed with the standard of service we received. Due to our jobs we couldn't always be at the property so we would have site visits once a week and the schedule was always on time, if there was a hiccup Jack would be straight on it and it the problem would be resolved without big issues. Would highly recommend M.O.A.T Construction Ltd.
