Karl used laptop to check fault code confirmed emmission control fault, caused by EGR valve. Gave price to order and fit, nice guy and reliable and efficient.

This is the second time Karl has worked on our cars. My previous comments apply and we look forward to working with Karl again.

It's important to us that people we work with are good communicators and do what they say they'll do. Karl diagnosed the problem and told us exactly what was required. The explanation was much appreciated. Karl was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and sorted the problem with a minimum of inconvenience.

As before, friendly efficient. Job completed quickly at reasonable price.

Hope 10 is the highest, not lowest. Karl is amazing. Can't praise him enough. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. He does our car, as well. He helped our son too. So glad he put a card through our door, when he saw we had a motor home. Will stick with him, forever.
