Took the trouble to respond by stepped written detail, as l am unable to speak on the phone due to disability. Perfectly constructed info in English, articulate and easy to follow.

Ken is a lovely gentlemen, installed my new printer and fixed a few other things on my laptop during his visit. Will be using him again.
