Provision of chair
Left elderly, vulnerable lady crying! My mother in law ordered a chair and it wasn't suitable - apparently they had delivered the wrong one and would send the correct chair. They didn't tell her when they were coming, The new chair was also no good! They used her phone to call their office and kept telling her to wiggle back and sit on it properly. This was not the chair she ordered. They took them both away and when she asked if they would put her old chair back, they said "no you cancelled the order". They walked out and left an elderly, vulnerable lady with severe mobility issues crying

Having made a big mistake in posting a negative comment I take it all back. Having been contacted by the company for them to explaine. They arrived within 30 mins the young man was very polite and sorry for the delay, he looked at the scooter and was very honest saying it would cost more to repair the the scooter was worth. He kindly took it way and said he would make a not that if i purchased one in the future from them there will be a discount. Again I am sorry for the negative feedback. They were very pleasant.

Surplied and fitted riser and recliner chair
The salesman was very friendly and made me a deal on a new bariatric riser and recliner leather chair which was delivered and fitted within 2 days of ordering. The fitter was friendly and considerate moved furniture and placed back when finished, he removed old chair and then said goodbye very friendly chap.

I brought a mobility scooter from mobility care some time ago, ive never had any problems with it, they’ve always come out and serviced it on time each year and I’ve had nothing but exceptional service, i had to ring them to ask if somebody could come out and have a look at my scooter as it wasn’t working as it should, the lovely young lad came out as soon as he could and checked it all over and it turns out I needed new batteries, he went through it all with me told me what the problem was and the problem was sorted very quickly, the service was and always has been fantastic, thank you again!
