Door not closing
Thanks Maurice for helping me out with my door. I only arrived from Spain and you came and helped me with my faulty door. I would recommend this chappy in a minute to sort out any faults with locks, windows and doors. Thank you Maurice.

To replace gearbox of a upvc door.
Although the work was carried out fairly quickly the tradesman assured me he would return the following week to complete another small job for me. However he never returned or answered any of my messages, it was as if he got your money now I'm not interested, that's how it seemed anyway. Not great customer service, unreliable, wouldn't recommend.

I’m sorry that it appeared that way as this certainly was not the case. I was there to repair the door, arrived early and waited on the customer arriving and promptly carried out the work required. After this was complete I was asked for a price of a product from the customer which I do not hold in stock which I informed him and offered to contact back with a price. Although I had not contacted the customer back as of yet (due to hold up with supplier) I had no messages as the review claimed. I do not feel a fair review has been provided as excellent service was shown and as per other reviews have attested I am highly dependable. The only money taken was for work carried out on that day.

Front door lock was damaged and couldn’t open. Examined and repaired.
Great service. Arrived within one hour of phoning. Carried out work in a professional and friendly manner. Would highly recommend.

Needed new complete lock and handles. Excellent service, and would highly recommend this company.
5* rating. Father and son so nice, and completed work in no time. Arrived spot on time to do job, no having to wait for hours. Did what they said on the tin :) No more having to do without our back door. Thanks guys
