They discussed each operation before commencing which kept us informed right the way through. The work was then completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Would have no problem recommending Moda to anyone requiring building work done.

We hired Rhys and the team to build our Extension following contacting many builders in the local area. We found that from the word go Rhys was very attentive and knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. The work was carried out to a good standard and we are pleased with the results and we are just waiting on a few small snagging issues to be resolved.

NOTE: I have had to put a completion date above as no option not to, but far from completed. Exceptionally poor project management, exceptionally poor communication, never kept on top of or checked the workmanship of those he employed to do the job. Endless issues, endless chasing and 14 weeks later still far from finished but he (Rhys) is claiming the specialist work is finished and demanding payment. He has been let go by Wickes, my understanding is, at least in part, due to the very poor service I have received. Similar review on his FB page. AVOID

Rhys and his team did an excellent job. Not only was the work brilliant but all the workers (builders, tilers, plasterers, plumbers and electricians) were such nice, trustworthy guys and a pleasure to have in the house. We were kept informed of movements all the way and provided with excellent advice. Rhys was great and responded immediately to any communication. We were particularly grateful that he managed to fit us in with short notice as we had family visiting from Canada. Once again our thanks to all involved.

Rhys and his team did a fantastic job. Communication through the whole process was great and the work was carried out to a high standard. We’re so pleased with our new living room/dining room, the work has made a huge difference.
