  Mr Hoshyardel is a competent and friendly gas engineer. When he felt unsure of a situation, he call the office for clarification and support. I'm totally satisfied with his work.

  Leaky water tank fixed

  The water tank in the loft started leaking. I found Modern adobe & Tech on Checkatrade and they contacted me quickly. Two men came round, found the leak, and sealed it pretty quickly. It only took about 20 minutes. They were very pleasant and polite. I am very happy with the service.
