  Replacement tap

Marcus went the extra mile to sort out a job that a previous plumber hadn't been able to do, and was very professional and easy to deal with throughout.

  Toilet blocked

Modern maintenance is a professional and friendly service. Marcus answered all my questions and left me confident in the work being completed to a high standard. Arrived when he said he was going to and cleaned up behind him. He left me reassured that the job was completed. Recommended without hesitation

  JOB WELL DONE INDEED !!

Job well done . Marcus the owner, and Terry's partner, who does the wall paper were relentless in their work. Also came up with a great idea how to make the place better. We listened, and the place looks great. Highly recommend this lot. Had the whole place painted and decorated. No regrets !!

Professionalisma and High standard of work

We had a bed that needed to be assembled for our daughters. It had too many parts that were a little bit complicated for myself so I reached out to Modern Maintenance. They respond promptly and appointment was scheduled. On the day of the job, everything was done in a professional manor and to a high standard (including some last minute request for a repair to our chest of drawers).

Best two guys you could ask for

Had a kitchen fitted by Chris. The guy has such a great attitude towards work. Everything was spot on. No cutting corners. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He was on time and stayed late. Units were scanned and lasered level. I will definitely have Chris again. All the plumbing was done by Marcus. Another great worker with great attitude to work. Both super clean and tidy.
