Modern Roofing and Building Limited came out to my property to investigate a leak and quickly identified the source of the problem. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and also assisted with repairing the ceiling damage caused by the leak. The work carried out included repointing the ridge tiles and installing new membrane on the roof. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the quality of workmanship was excellent.
