    Whilst boiling a kettle, there was a loud pop and the trip switches went in the fuse box. Simon phoned and talked me through the diagnostics to see where the fault might be. His instructions were clear and helpful and we now have everything working again. I am so thankful for his help.

    Simon's reliability, communication and punctuality are excellent. Simon's tidiness and quality are second-to-none. Attention to detail, neatness and pride in his work will sometimes outweigh time-keeping where deadline is less important, for example on non-critical domestic projects, like outdoor decorative lighting. However, where deadlines are critical, for professional projects, or where there is any risk of leaving a property without power, Simon will move mountains to ensure work is completed to time, safety, and quality, with no exceptions.
