Dan and his team were great from start to finish. I have a small extension and major internal reconfiguration which was all done within tube and budget and to a very high standard. Dan was great with communication and always tidied up and kept the neighbours happy. Any problems that came up he's discuss it with me and we'd get a way forward. I'd definitely recommend him for any building work you need.

When we needed builders to bring our design and vision to life for our home renovation project, Dan and his team took on the challenge with brilliant results. It was our first time taking on a project of this scale and Dan made us feel comfortable from the get go with his sound knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Any blips were quickly resolved and it was a great experience seeing our vision gradually take shape. Dan really has a passion for what he does which reassured us that we’d made the right choice. The quality of the team’s work is great and we wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Dan and his team came and removed some wooden paneling from my rafters that the previous owners had installed. They were punctual and efficient and took great care to make sure the space was left tidy after the work - I will be looking to use Dan for future work and recommend him to other home owners.

Dan and his team performed & completed the job in less time & under budget. 6mm ply was laid on existing Floor to improve sturdiness & also improve heat loss. Flooring was laid on top and is looking great. We have used Dan & Momentum 3 times now & are as always very happy with the quality of work & courteous way it was carried out. Job was completed in less time & under budget.
