It is important to know that Montrose knew what they were doing
My son had a very large Willow Tree to Pollard. Montrose came punctually and were very professional. They spoke to the concerned neighbours cleaned up all the branches and my son was very happy. Clean and efficient removal of my tree.
My tree was removed with great efficiency. All branches , trunk and roots were taken away and the garden cleared of any debris. The team were very polite and conscious of other plants near the tree they were removing (although I had removed those in the direct vicinity as instructed). The team arrived in the morning, when I was told that they'd be here at between 2-15 and 2-45. This wasn't a problem for me and I was delighted, but could present a problem if somebody had planned their day for an afternoon appointment.
