Started one day late and agreed a timescale of 10 days the job took 23 days as he did not have the shelving and did not attend at agreed times. 6 weeks later a pipe under the sink failed and damaged the wall and ceiling in our front room, not his fault and he would repair this as a favour. Cracks measuring 6” started to appear he suggested we contact a structural engineer as the wall must have moved, refused to fix unless we removed the posted negative review, bully boy tactics. Other cracks have appeared and many other issues, despite calls, emails etc has failed to honour his 2 year guarantee. Rubbish
