Toilet replacement
Replaced a very old leaking toilet early on a Saturday, short notice. The job seems to have been done great, arrived a couple mins early and put extra effort tidying up some of our damaged tiling with sealant - looked better than before they'd turned up and was an 'extra mile'. Gave us advice on looking after and offered ongoing support for any issues. Friendly, explained everything, and not pushy with the quote before the work (gave us time to think it over). Impressed, and would book again

Boiler repair and interim service
Needed an emergency plumber to repair a leak to boiler. Anthony was quick to reply, had the part that a retired plumber friend had identified was needed, and came promptly the same day to fix it. He was friendly, efficient, did a great job and gave me the interim service for free. Kept exactly to his quote which was less than expected. Really glad I found him.

Annual Service
