Lee sent his son to repair my roof; from the ground, it appears fine, but it's difficult to assess the quality without close inspection. I later discovered they broke a pipe on the flat roof while accessing the ridge tiles. I informed Lee, who said he was recovering from surgery, but I haven’t heard back or had anyone sent to fix the issue. It seems they are only concerned with payment, not with resolving problems or ensuring quality work.

Today I had my gutters cleaned and some roof tiles replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service! Luke, Lee's son, did an excellent job completing the work. Not only was he thorough and professional, but he also offered helpful advice on another job I need done. Highly recommend!

We instructed Lee to carry out our roof repair as we saw him in action working for a neighbour who also recommended him. We were happy with the work done and he and his team were polite and friendly, easy to have on site. Lee kept us informed re scaffolding and waste removal and the whole transaction ran smoothly.
