Moran's approach, communication; professionalism and execution of the works were first class. We only needed the 'eaves line' felt replacing and odd other repair which they understood and were very happy to do; they didn’t push for extra unnecessary works which gave us maximum confidence in them. Brilliant communication and the online tracker for the start date was great (rather fun). Management and support staff kept us brilliantly informed at all. One small query was responded to exceptionally quickly. The lads were pleasant, trustworthy & thoughtful; a pleasure to have around.

Work - replacing soffits, facias and guttering and downpipes. The chimney needed attention and this work was also conducted. This comprised replacing a dozen bricks, repointing and flaunching. The works teams were a pleasure to work with. They took great care in all their activities and there was no damage whatsoever. Dale and Jay had the. “tallest” task (namely the chimney) and did a great job. They provided me with a number of photographs for me to monitor the work. Callum and Niall did all the roof line works and did a splendid job. The teams were super and I highly recommend Moran.

The lead time from my accepting the initial quotation and the actual commencement of work was very long. I waited for the company because some years ago I had roofing work carried out by them (on a previous house) that I was very happy with. Once the work did begin I was pleased that I had waited. The roofers were extremely professional and hard working. They carried out the work efficiently, to a high standard and were polite and friendly. On completion of the job they cleared up thoroughly and left the site tidy. I would definitely recommend Moran Roofing.

Recommended Morans Roofing Ltd by a friend. Reply to my email was prompt and requested photos of repair area, which I sent. Contact with Morans was good and within a few weeks I was given a start date. Morans changed the date due to an over running job, but I was contacted in advance so not a problem. John and Stan did the repair, happy to answer all my questions and kept me fully informed of their progress. At the finish of the works they showed me a number of photos of the repair which looked very good. All waste cleared away. I would defiantly recommend Morans for all things roofing. SS

The whole task from initial contact to completion was a pleasant experience. Moran’s are easy to work with providing sound guidance and information. They have a user friendly IT system which makes things easy. The price is very reasonable and the work was completed to my satisfaction. MORAN ARE 100% OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALS IN ALL RESPECTS. THANK YOU ANDY AND MARK FOR ACHIEVING A 100% PERFECT RESULT IN THE MOST DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES. A very challenging job requiring precision manoeuvre of a large MEWP so that repair access could be gained to the side apex of my roof, which was only possible with the equipment stated. The existing fascia was reinstated, using larger pins for improved stability. They also re-nailed the opposite side fascia with correctly sized fixings, and installed a new finial and fascia corner to ensure a lasting finish.
