From start to finish, very professional. Got back to me within 12hrs of initial enquiry. Came round on a Saturday, very helpful, as I work to look at job and gave immediate quote. On the day Chris and Na’im very efficient and completed the job well within the time. Cleared everything.

Jed arrived on time and quoted me for boarding, loft hatch ,wooden ladders , roof linning and light also moving items in the loft and disposal of rubbish I received the qoute straight away. On day of fitting Jack and Emilio arrived on time respected my property both was very polite and professional and worked very hard, Jed later arrived and helped the lads, once the job was completed Jed explained the operation of everything. From the first phone call to the end of the job everyone was very polite. Fantastic company 100% recommended.

A good experience all the way. Started with a phone call to the national office, who carefully listened to what I needed and asked relevant questions. Next contact was from Lewis locally who arranged to drop in and look at the job. Sorted out a few details and got an on-the-spot quote. Communication from there on was via WhatsApp which was fine for me. A time slot came up before the agreed installation date - even better. The installers turned up on time, efficiently fitted the ladder and demonstrated how to use it. All in all a very simple process from start to finish, no surprises
