Ivan arrived on time, he was friendly and polite and took the time to explain to me how the day would go. He worked continuously hard throughout the full day and transformed my loft space into a well thought out storage area. The hatch and ladder were the finishing touches! His work is exceptional, I definitely could not fault him. Ivan showed me how to use the ladder and did not leave until I was confident in doing this. The house was cleaned before he left, leaving no rubbish behind. I cannot recommend this company enough... thank you Ivan!

These guys (Steve) came to quote me for a new loft hatch, add more insulation and re board my loft. He was very professional and happy to answer any questions. He was also happy to edit the quote, when I wanted a new light adding. He kept me up to date every step of the way. He came out yesterday, with his team, to do the job. All of them were on time, very friendly, and cracked on with the work. Once the job was complete they spent time with me showing me how things went and how to use the ladder and light. 10000% recommend
