From first contact More Than Loft Ladders were helpful and friendly providing all the information we needed. They were able to come out to us quickly. The fitters did an excellent job; tidy and professional. They gave a useful demonstration of how the new loft ladder should be used.

In our case we only wanted the loft boarded as previous owner had installed a loft ladder. That was not a problem and Ben suggested installing light and shelving which turned out to be very helpful as was the little platform near the ladder. Installation was quick and as painless as it could be. We are neither planning to move nor have a second loft, so we are not likely to be customers again. However, we do recommended them.

We contacted More than Loft Ladders as we needed our loft boarding out and wanted an attached ladder coming out of the hatch for ease. Ben was extremely helpful, listened to our requirement and proposed an excellent solution at a very reasonable price. His team were punctual and very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they took their time to ensure we were happy with the finish and fully aware of how to use the ladder. The property was also left spotless. I would highly recommend.

The loft ladder he fitted for me is very good, easy to operate and makes a big difference to not having to get a separate ladder from the garage every time I want to put items up or down from the loft.
