From quote to install more than loft ladders were exceptional, Had 10m2 of loft boarding with a telescopic ladder and top up insulation fitted, Lewis was knowledgeable and confirmed everything with a quote, following that Vlad came and installed it he was polite and installed with speed and competency.

Company was great and really appreciative of Ethan and Harry on the day. From the initial quote to the end of the Work, I’ve got no complaints at all plus the price was fantastic so very happy customer here.

Had loft ladder and hatch installed and boarding and insulation in attic only had section done due to funds but will 100% have them back over time and when funds allow to do the other half. Very punctual and explained everything before starting as to what job entailed as per quote. Had Ethan and Harry. Very kind and professional. And did an excellent job. They worked quicker than I expected and clean up after them selves so house was as if they had never been. Also demonstrqted how to use the ladder etc installed. Would a 100% recommend to anyone who needs this service doing in their home

We had great experience with the company. We’ve had a free quote from them earlier in the year and the surveyor answered a lot of our questions and explained a lot of stuff we didn’t know about before. We then picked their quote out of three because of good breakdown of price and no upfront costs. They have been really patient as we had to postpone our installation date twice due to our own reasons and they advised us on booking a skip required for the job as we’ve never done this before. On the day of installation the job was carried out quicker than expected and everything was left clean.

We needed a new loft hatch and ladders, and contacted More Than Loft Ladders to give us a quote. I'd also been considering getting the whole roof space re-insulated and extending the boarding, and the quote Lewis gave us for the entire job seemed reasonable, so we went with the full job. The work was all completed in a day by Mark, Vlad and Ethan. These guys were brilliant - considerate, hard-working and very professional, making sure they caused as little disruption as possible, tidied everything after themselves and the end result was brilliant.
