Good selection of carpets, good sales knowledge when in showroom and fitting date was scheduled quite quickly, which suited us fine, slight communication breakdown with exact time of visit, but once the fitter arrived, he worked his socks off, and did a real professional job, would definitely recommend.

Had to come back 7 times. Nothing but issues. Wrong screws used, carpets and plates lifting and the laminate was cut wonky and lifting they always have an excuse Didn't show up for appointments Rude Carpet fitters arguing in my house and also Brought a 3/4 year old child with them to complete the job

Stairs
A visible crease in the carpet . Mike came out and actually showed me how to hoover a carpet , said it would smooth the crease out . Unsurprisingly it didn’t . THEN once again I had an awful experience with him as I had 3 more incidents with flooring . Mike is all smiles and nice when he’s getting your money , but should you make a complaint he turns very nasty . I felt threatened by his manner telling me he will turn up with the rep to sort this out , at one point He put the phone down mid conversation . The cushion floor is still a mess . He can’t take criticism… AVOID this awful man

Laminate floor fitting
Moreton Carpets sent their laminate fitter to my job in March and it still isn't finished. Not left an expansion gap around door frames, causing the floor to rise in two places. Came back out quite quickly and told us to put something heavy on the floor and it would settle. After months of walking around bags of cement in our hall Andy finally came back and trimmed the edges and the floor has settled flat. But he still has to return to put trims back on and now nearly 3 weeks later he has still not returned to finish the job.
