  Hallway & Landing Refurb

  After six years with no carpet & half painted walls, had to get Lee in to help get the job done ! Old flooring removed, floor self levelled, ceilings, walls, panelling & architraves painted, laminate laid, staircase sanded, repainted, old spindles removed & replaced with wrought iron spindles. It was a bigger job than I expected, but once again Lee did not disappoint, he is very patient and understands how incredibly fussy I am. Just waiting on delivery of my oak veneer doors, which Lee will fit, and it will be another job well done! Really happy & will definitely have Lee back for next job!

  Longlevens - Single storey brick and block extension

  Lee and his team did a nice brick and block single storey side and front extension at my parent’s house in Longlevens. This comprised of extending the existing kitchen (structure work with beam) and adding a downstairs bathroom. Everything was done to a very high standard, Lee was also great at liaising with the neighbours. Communication was great, discussed solutions when problems arouse, and we always felt that Lee was trying to future-proof the project. All the building regulations were taken care of. I would throughly recommend Lee to anyone planning to do extensions / building projects.

  2 Storey Extension

  Lee and his team stepped up after the original builder showed that their ego was bigger than their talent. Not the best time of year to start but he got his subcontractors in line and cracked on with a great determination and pride to get the job done. Through some quite miserable weather, Lee, Danny, and Nick worked tirelessly, always with great humour and meticulous detail, to maintain a clean environment and to keep disruption and disturbance down to a minimum. Communication with us was excellent throughout. We wish we had had them from the beginning and will miss them being here. Top job!

  Excellent job from Lee and the team

  Lee and his team were brilliant, can't thank them enough for the excellent renovation work they carried out in our home. They did a really neat job that included removing old flooring, laying new flooring and trimmings, fixing and insulating and replastering walls, and rendering an external wall too. They went the extra mile to do finishing touches that clearly sets them apart from other contractors. Will call on Lee again in the future. Thank you!

  Loft Conversions

  Loft conversion with dorma

  We had our loft converted into a bedroom in the summer of 2025 by Lee and his team. We couldn’t be more impressed by the completed works, it was finished to a beautiful standard and is the perfect addition to our home. The project did go over predicted timescale by a few weeks, however this was down to delays with suppliers and this was communicated to us at the time. I had been at home for the duration of the works and Lee’s core team as well as other contractors brought in were respectful, considerate and didn’t cause any access noise.   Overgrown and Neglected to Parking Paradise

  My overgrown and neglected front garden was totally transformed into a useful yet beautiful driveway with the addition of a corner planter - the new cladding on my bay window has made my property stand out from the rest and I have had nothing but compliments from neighbours and friends. Lee has done several jobs for me to date and is already booked in to do more ! would happily recommend
