I had covid when the customer tried to contact me yet I responded a couple of days later so I think the feedback was unfair. I did no work or spoke to the customer.

Fitting electric shower
2nd time I’ve used Charles to sort my plumbing. This time he fitted a new electric shower. As usual another thoroughly professional job. Charles went out of his way to ensure we purchased the right shower. He then fitted it and again his attention to detail was second to none. Couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience. Charles made it all stress free.

Removal of bathroom suite and floor tiles to prepare for new floor
Charlie did a fantastic job removing a wc and basin and floor tiles to prepare for a new floor. He worked skilfully and tidily.

Re-filled heating system, fixed leaks, checked boiler
