The survey of the 1991 home we bought strongly recommended the roof and chimney stacks be cleaned and assessed. I worried about how best to manage this not wanting my concrete tiles to be trodden on and damaged and inappropriate use of ladders and boards resulting in damage and a poor job. I saw an advert for Mossinator in our village magazine. Their use of high lift picker trucks, high pressure water from their own generators and industrial hoovers to collect the debris from roof, gutters, downpipes and surrounding ground level interested me. The clean roof and Repairs was delivered perfectly

Very pleased with the work unblocking the downpipe. When initially quoted on the mossinator visit, I was quoted for the downpipe to be unblocked, the gutters to be cleared and the roof to be cleared of moss. All that moss from the roof that I expressed my suprise that was not cleared on the visit will now go into the gutters & block them again. The rear downpipe between my house & the neighbours is now experiencing issues, that I think could have been avoided.

The whole experience from quote to conclusion was excellent. They turned up on time, had all the right equipment, were polite, conscientious and experienced. And the finished job makes the all-concrete house look good.

The company turned up on time and did a professional and thorough job which left the house looking much better so all in all a job very well done and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone else looking for similar work to be done

We weren't sure if the gutters were blocked so we contacted Mossinator and they came round within 4 hours! We have used them a couple of times before to clean the moss of roofs and they always made a very good job of them. They clear up and leave the property tidy. All the people we have had dealings with at this company have been very polite and easy to get on with.
