Apart from the administration who I had to chase on a couple of occasions the work force (team 3) were excellent. Worked well did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. A minor point that would have made the job a 10, if the face of the guttering and fascia board had been cleaned when they had finished,

All very good. Arrived on time, polite, happy to chat about the work to be done. Job completed, happy customer. Roof,guttering, all cleaned. Mess all cleaned up afterwards. Only downside was the rain and I can't really put that down to the guys.

Excellent work. Turned up on time. Professional, Knowledgeable, and courteous. Clean and tidy during and at the end of the job. They were called off the job halfway through, by the office. which was slightly inconvenient. They returned a few days later to finish up and worked equally as well.

Thoroughly professional from start to finish - quotation, dealing with the office and the gents that undertook the work. Very polite and courteous, explained the process thoroughly. Remained cheerful working though some heavy rain storms!! Spent time to clean up thoroughly. This is the first time such work has been undertaken for some 30 years. The advantage was an MOT of the roof which revealed (via pictures) chimney stack in poor state and needing repair in short term. I will be using Moss Master for this. I will also now have the roof sprayed/treated annually. Highly recommend them
