Dishwasher repair
Craig did a fantastic job repairing our dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed that the circulation motor was faulty which would be costly to fix. Fortunately he found that the motor had a capacitor that may be the issue. Replacing this fixed the machine and saved me a lot of money replacing the whole motor! Craig was very friendly and persevered with the repair even though the integrated dishwasher had been fitted in a way that meant he couldn't just pull it out and was very awkward to access the motor. I couldn't recommend Craig highly enough

Leaking washing machine
Craig contacted me the same day and came the following afternoon, messaging 20 minutes before his arrival. After examining the machine, he told me that a repair would not be cost effective. Although this was bad news for me, I appreciated his honesty.

Repair dryer and fit a new seal to the washing machine.
Fantastic service. Craig returned my messages quickly and kept me informed of his estimated arrival time. My machine is fairly old but Craig went to the trouble to source the part (no longer made). The work was carried out quickly and my utility room was left clean and tidy. Highly recommend and will certainly call Craig again for any future appliance repairs.

Dishwasher had a blockage
Very happy with the chat nice guy got on with the job. He was friendly and spoke kindly when he needed anything. Quick fix. I was very happy to pay by card as we cashless in these times.

Dishwasher repair
Came round next day to diagnose the problem. Ordered the necessary components there and then and came back on a Bank Holiday to install and fix the problem. Highly recommended!
