nightmare ordeal. left me traumatised. young man called Tom. Either used Morgan as surname or Doherty. provided invoice and guarantee but when i required him to come back as job not done properly, he suddenly developed a very strong Irish accent. Beware of this man, especially vulnerable. He is not a good representation of the company. I filmed the whole job and so in case he uses another name, be aware. He is initially very polite, disappears claiming to be consulting his father on the phone, goes away to buy materials, and inflates the job on site. Please please do not employ him.

Do not use if you value your home, time, money and energy. Tom strikes again. Jekyll and Hyde character. If the quote is too goodto be true then trust me it is. He gets his foot in the door to damage things to then quote you for another job that he has created and he know you need the work doing asap because it will rain. He makes holes in roofs and breaks tiles etc. DONOT HIRE HIM OR THE OTHER NAMES THEY GO UNDER. THE BUSINESS DETAILS ARE NOT CORRECT HE IS OF NO FIXED ABODE

AVOID ) Tom strikes again!! Tom came out well mannered talked the talk I had no concerns at first. Only came to do my guttering. Then went on to deliberately crack roof tiles on a wet day. Cost me triple the amount. Then went off to get felt & took his sweet time whilst rain was leaking into the bedroom celling. This company is a disgrace & be careful as they go by more than one name! How you sleep at night stealing from honest working families is beyond me. Shame on you !!!

Please avoid!!! Awful job. Broke tiles to get more money off us. Have tried to get him back several times to fix the mess. Doesn’t respond. Quick to take your money. Zero aftercare and customer service.

Avoid at all cost. Sounds very pleasant when communicating with you but shoddy workmanship to say the least. And absolutely zero chance of any faults being corrected.
