10 Damp Survey

Damp Survey
Joe did a really thorough and honest survey for us as we purchased our home last year and wanted to know what if any significant concerns may have been missed in initial house survey. Joe explained as he did the survey and was very reassuring. Thankfully no major concerns and survey reflected minor improvements which we have made and also listed further work we could do to improve air flow. Excellent service by Joe
We had a damp survey carried out by Joe and it was excellent. Very detailed and highlighted the issues that we needed. We then got a really good quote and Joe carried out the works for us in March this year to a very high standard and we’re really pleased. Joe has just completed some outdoor timber work as well which is to the highest standard. Damp work and plastering
We have used Joe before for damp proofing in our living room and got him back out to have a look at an issue in our bedroom and porch. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a good option to solve it. He managed to get us in within a few weeks and the work was done over 2 days. Happy with the work done and also the resonable price. He turned up promptly each day and cleaned up as he went. CCTV Drone Survey
