  • Blocked drain to septic tank

    Blocked drain to the septic tank. I contacted a few people. Greg was by far the most straightforward and came back promptly with a fixed fee rather than this "oh it could / should be an hour but if it's not it'll be £X more per 30 mins". On the day, Greg turned up early, was so friendly and helpful, and efficiently got the job done within an hour. Within that time he also put a camera down the drain (no extra charge) to let us know whether it was in good condition. Couple of issues with growing tree roots identified, Greg's now going to quote separately to fix. I recommend Greg highly.

    Greg on his first visit investigated and traced the fault to my sewage pump. He advised me of the pump I needed should I wish to renew it. I purchased a new pump myself and he came and fitted it.

    Greg came out and expected my sewage pump as it had become noisy and staying on longer than it should. Greg traced the fault straight away. The float switch was broken. The part was hard to source as the pump was 10 years old and the model number worn away. As the pump still worked Greg advised how I could still use it without it overheating until I was ready to purchase a new one. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable, I will use Greg once my pump packs up. Thanks.

    Unblocked the down pipe to the soakaway in a matter of minutes (which I had been unable to open due to weak hands) and assured me the membrane in the patio drain did not need attention. As this was only an inspection it was great to have everything fixed in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend and will use again for any drain problems.
