Nelson provided amazing customer service and fully supported my urgent same day move. He arrived exactly at the agreed appointment time, the quote was reasonable and the pickup was completed with a decent long transit. Couldn’t have asked for a better removal company or a nicer team. Albert and Kia were absolutely fantastic—thoughtful, organised, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move. They took great care with the packing and even handled the disassembly and reassembly of furniture with ease.
