I’m a non resident landlord with two rental properties in London. Shaf and his team completed a full kitchen renovation on both properties. They handled the job professionally and to an excellent standard with very little oversight from me as I reside overseas. The agreed contact sum was honoured even though there were a few unforeseen challenges typical in rental property renovations. The tenants mentioned that they were courteous and clean and kept disruption to a minimum. Will re-engage them with no hesitation. Contract sum agreed was very reasonable.
