Furniture removal - surrey to clerkenwell
Movesavy moved sofas to and from a 3rd floor apartment in central London. Not the ‘professional’ company you think
Don’t bother with these guys. They quoted me a good price and I explained that I was 8 months pregnant and that I needed something quick and efficient. I arranged for them to come on a Saturday morning, they called me on Friday saying that they would not be able to come until Saturday evening at 5pm. They did not arrive until 6:30pm to start the job. During the removal, they damaged my new laminate flooring and questioned me when I said it was them who did it with one of the guys being confrontational when I said would not pay them the full amount due to the damage. Anmar and Mohammed from MoveSavy helped me with 2 moves - from my old house to storage, and from storage to the new house. They were both very polite, friendly, and professional, getting the job done and taking extra care and effort every step of the way.
