Very positive experience. The three movers were friendly, quick, and respectful of our belongings. They arrived well-equipped with blankets and straps to keep everything safe. I used Movivan for a home move including packing of personal items and moving of some furniture. The movers were extremely efficient, quick, polite and careful with all my items. Especially given it was down 4 flights of stairs and up another 4 at my new flat, they were incredibly fast. Would definitely use them again for a next move

I had a lot of high end furniture moved from a local house to a rental, less than one mile. The people that moved the furniture were inexperienced and damaged two very expensive pieces of furniture. I reported the damage on the day and have heard nothing since. Both pieces must go back to the furniture makers that made them. I also had a significant volume of furniture delivered to storage and the van left without me being able to check it was empty. I have used this company several times and this is the first time this happened and it is not their policy.
