  Roof conversion and extension

  Mark undertook a substantial first floor conversion project for us, including the complete strip and rebuild of the roof. The project was technically demanding, with large-span steels, multiple dormers, and some challenging carpentry work. The quality of the workmanship was consistently high, and the speed at which the project progressed was impressive. Mark and his subcontractors demonstrated a strong level of skill throughout the build. Despite some small delays and a few communication challenges as I was away a lot, we are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to others.

  Seamless Construction

  Mr Palmer has excellent knowledge of construction and materials, and is open to customer requirements and custom requests. He built a brick outbuilding exactly to the specification plans. He is a good driver of construction vehicles in very tight spaces such as alleyways and cramped gardens, despite hostile weather at the time and dozens of repeat trips. Where Mr Palmer really shines is his procurement of materials, logistics, and organisation of sub-services (e.g. poured concrete, electrics) into a seamless conveyor belt of building progression.
