Front door and windows.
On personal recommendation Mike came and round measured up. No big sales pitch. The quote was a very good price, none of the 'if you have it done next week, I'll do it cheaper malarky.' Detailed quote then emailed and date agreed for installation. Good, tidy work. Very happy customer. Recommended.

Didn't follow through
Came round to measure and would've been very happy to work with them, however they never followed through on the quote. Followed up and I was informed the quote is in work, however nothing materialized. It's unfortunate, but suspect simply too busy to take on my job, which unfortunately wasted some of my time.

Rubbish, don't think you have a warranty because you don't !!
When you get a problem like with my defective front door of only 3 years old,he gives you the almighty run around,does nothing to help,talks about himself all the time,is rude when you ask him to honour the warranty you have and does nothing to help,his secretary did the work,she was amazing, even she left ,which I don't blame her.

Install to new windows
Mike came round and did a quote, wasnt at all pushy, and sent desighs over by email, was very competitive!, hes installer was very quite and tidy and just got on with job!, I would definitely recommend!, and would use again in future!

Replacement window
We recently had a window replacement from MPB on the recommendation of a friend. Mike visited to measure up to confirm the quote and was very courteous and friendly. The materials were put on order straight away and the lead times quoted were accurate. Chris came to complete the work yesterday, arrived bang on time and was again, courteous and friendly. The work was done efficiently and to a great standard, and the price was incredibly good value compared to the others I’d received from other companies that google returned. We have a bit more work to do later down the line, we’ll be using MPB.

Replacing Kitchen Door and Window
Having used MPB Windows before I had no hesitation in using them again, Mike is very professional and no-one gets close to the price. The work carried out is to a high standard and the quality is superb, I will use them again in the future.
