  Kitchen Extension and Render

  We had a kitchen extension, downstairs toilet, insulation and render of our house completed by Jani and his team and as with any project, although we had some unforeseen issues they were always dealt with positively by Jani and his team. We are so happy with our new space and the exterior of the house, we can honestly say that Jani and the team were very professional, hardworking, trustworthy, and answered any queries that we had along the way. We would definitely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them.

  Reliable and excellent work !!!

  Absolutely fantastic work. Would recommend for sure. Working with M Pepa was such a pleasure and we felt supported and at ease all the way through the process. No matter what we asked for , the answer was always “don’t worry, I’ll take care of it”.

  Above and beyond to achieve a perfect finish

  Jani and his team have been absolutely fantastic, they carried out a full house renovation for us, including a extension with steel beams, a flat roof with skylights, new plumbing, rewiring, flooring, kitchen fitting, decorating, and external rendering – and the quality of their work is outstanding. Jani dealt directly with our architects, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment went above and beyond anything we could hope for. We are so pleased with the results and couldn’t recommend Jani and his team more highly

  Chimney gallow brackets replacement for metal beam.

  Very happy with work carried out. Jani and his team were very professional, kept us informed at each stage of work. House was left clean and tidy after the each working day. Jani makes every effort to ensure the work is of a high standard. A very good building company who I would definitely recommend and use again.   Widening of structural wall in kitchen with new beam.

  Everything went smoothly, the job was to widen and heighten an opening in a structural wall between kitchen and dinning room with new steel beams. All done professionally and a good clean up as well.

  Wall and Chimney Stack Removal

  Jani and the team were superb throughout. We needed to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room and install two beams as there was a large chimney stack in the way. From solving the structural complexities with the engineer to helping the overall design and feel of the project feel first class. We’re thrilled with the results and would highly recommend and use his services again.
