Would definitely recommend
The communication has been brilliant. I have been kept informed throughout the process. I was able to choose fittings and fixtures myself using the links sent over, and it was quick and easy to select the items I wanted, with my quotation adjusted if I changed my mind. The majority of the work was carried out by Jordan along with Shay. They have done a fantastic job. Jordan made a few really helpful and creative suggestions about the design, all of which I used. Jordan really cares about doing a good job and he really understood how I wanted the room to look.

Leaking toilet
I had Chris from MPH out. He was very polite and fixed the leak with minimal disruption to myself. I’ve now got them booked in to do my bathroom.

Repair a leaking radiator valve

New pipes in kitchen and bathroom
Great service! Rang several plumbers who weren’t very helpful but MPH asked for photos, gave an estimate and could send someone out within a couple of days. Was a bit sceptical as everyone seemed busy but the work was very professional and explained what was needed for the job to be done. Tidied up after and very happy with the work. Would absolutely recommend!

Boiler and gas fire service
Very polite young man. He arrived on time, carried out the work efficiently and without fuss and explained the paper work. We also had a plumbing job done by the same company and they were great. Kept us informed of when they were arriving, did the job quickly and charged very reasonable prices. We have had problems with other companies which caused us stress and a lot of money but MPH made it so easy for us. Thanks, Alison Edwards

Emergency callout for leaking boiler valve
Immediate response to an emergency call out on a Sunday morning was hugely reassuring and Matt was able to reduce the flow of water from the leaking valve on a water boiler to manageable proportions until a replacement part could be sourced and ordered on Monday and fitted first thing on Tuesday morning. Impressed that Matt kept me informed all day on the Monday and his colleague Nick arrived exactly when he said he would on Tuesday morning to fit the replacement part. Recommend highly and I will definitely call them again if needed.
