Matt was initially very professional and responded quickly, his prices were very reasonable. The initial installation and job was carried out, but further work was required to finish for an electrical test. Having met Matt I had no reason to doubt the work would be completed, so I paid for the complete work. I asked for additional work to be carried out, the installation of an extractor fan in the bathroom. This is where the problems came, it has been difficult to get hold of Matt and several appointments have been missed. The fan job was part finished and remains so, with payment already made

The power to our shower stopped on Sunday evening, I raised a request on check a trade on the Monday, the following morning Matt came to complete the job, shower working and reasonable price

If you are considering using Matt's company to do your electrics I would honestly think twice. The electrical work they did was OK - the plugs and lights worked fine, however, they were appalling with their communication and for not turning up for the job when we had scheduled for them to come - 6 failed attendances. Our experience is a common theme on the low reviews on here for Matts company. If aspects of your work are time critical and you require accurate time keeping and good communication I would steer clear. Matt did a small job of replacing a bathroom light fitting. He was prompt and provided me with an up front quote for the work. He managed to do the job the next day, and it looks great.
