Fabulous job
Matt completed 3 bathrooms with us and i have no complaints at all. He was tidy, solved any issues that came along the way with no drama or fuss. He is punctual, does what he says he is going to do and his workmanship is excellent. We are very, very pleased with the results. Bathroom modernisation for an elderly parent
MPR Property Services were excellent from the first moment we made contact with them. Matt proved to be totally reliable and engaged throughout the project - and approached our request with considerable care and attention. Great, careful and friendly service
We had a great experience with MPR. Matt was careful and considerate in his approach, very easy to have in the house. He refitted our downstairs bathroom - installing toilet, bath, shower (and tray), washbasin and shower panels on the wall. We had an existing slow leak that we weren't aware of in the ceiling. When Matt discovered it he took it all in his stride, stopped the leak and made it good. He carefully matched the floor tiles and grout and also tiled a splashback above our cooker. Full bathroom replacement
Really pleased with the new bathroom. Matt was friendly and easy to deal with, and communication was clear throughout. His attention to detail and workmanship are great, and he also helped with the design as I was not fully sure what I was looking for. There was some additional work needed, and this was explained thoroughly and priced and agreed in advance, and the final cost matched the quote. Remove bath and fit shower cubicle

Bathroom and Kitchen Works
Matt is a fantastic tradesperson. We took Matt on to re-do our bathroom, and take up the kitchen floor and re-tile it. We are extremely pleased with the results.
